Who we are

This website address is: https://www.reflectionstheology.com.

Comments and Media

Comments are disabled on this site, and uploading images or other files are not an option. Hence, no data is collected in this regard.

Contact Form

The information provided in the contact form is kept in my email, where I can check it to respond to visitors.

Subscribe and Unsubscribe Forms

Each response to these forms, with the email address included in it, is kept in my email. In addition, a list of actively subscribed email addresses is stored on a local machine to make sending emails to the list of subscribers easier.

Cookies

There is no option to login or save information on this site, so cookies are not needed for visitors.

The only cookies that are used are for when I edit or publish articles. In this case, a cookie is saved in the browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article that was just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

I have no plans to share collected data for commercial purposes. In addition, the list of subscribers will never be shared for commercial purposes, or sold to any entity.

How long we retain your data

The emails containing the contact, subscribe, and unsubscribe form submissions will be indefinitely kept in my email, as I do not plan to actively delete them. The list of subscribers will also be retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

I can delete the form submissions in my email, and delete your email address from my contact form list (which only contains active subscribers anyways) at your request. If multiple submissions were made, I will try to search for all instances of your information and delete them all as requested. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor form submissions may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
